F.I.T. RESERVATION

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings may be cancelled, via fax or e-mail, up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, with no charges
ATTENTION:
during long week-end and holidays bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date
If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date 1 night of accommodation will be charged
In case of no-show 1 night of accommodation will be charged
DATE EXCHANGE
Any change must be agreed upon with the reception.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the room will be available from 2,30 pm.
Check-out: you must leave the room max 11 am.

GROUPS RESERVATION

CANCELLATION POLICY
Group booking may be cancelles via fax or via e.mail
Should a group stay be cancelled, a penalty on the total cost of accommodation must be paid according to the following:

  • Up to 30 days prior arrival date: no penalty.
  • Up to 29 to 15 days prior arrival date: 50%.
  • Up to 14 days to 1 day prior the arrival date: 100%

PET POLICY

Small pets only at the following condition:

  • Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room.
  • Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, health club area of the hotel.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property.
  • Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
  • Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing their room.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
