Per ragioni di igiene e sicurezza è obbligatorio l'uso di ciabatte prestando la massima attenzione a non scivolare I gentili ospiti potranno accedere al Centro Benessere indossando l'accappatoio e le ciabattine fornite all'arrivo In nessun caso si potrà entrare vestiti o con le scarpe. Prima di accedere al Centro Benessere e alle vasche è obbligatoria una doccia tiepida. Vi chiediamo inoltre di non tuffarvi nella vasca , ma di utilizzare le apposite scalinate, sia per l'accesso, sia per l'uscita. Per ovvie ragioni vi chiediamo di non consumare alimenti vicino alle vasche, nei camerini e nelle cabine Spa del Centro Benessere. Vi chiediamo inoltre di non portare bicchieri e bottiglie di vetro in tutta l'area del Centro Benessere. In caso di emergenza siete pregati di avvertire subito il personale del Centro Benessere. La direzione declina ogni sua responsabilità per eventuali oggetti smarriti.
BAMBINI
I bambini al di sotto di 14 anni sono bene accetti nell'area vasche se accompagnati da un adulto. Vietiamo i trattamenti estetici e l'utilizzo delle cabine SPA nel Centro Benessere al di sotto dei 16 anni. Chiediamo ai genitori di accudire i loro figli e a far loro rispettare la tranquillità dello spazio vissuto.
GRAVIDANZA
Per quanto se la gravidanza decorre in maniera fisiologica non costituisce di per se una controindicazione al calore delle cabine SPA nel Centro Benessere, consigliamo di non accedere a queste aree se non accompagnate da certificato medico. Si consiglia invece di usufruire di massaggi specifici, ottimi in questo caso , da vivere all'interno dell'area Beauty. Per precauzione e per evitare comunque sensazioni poco gradevoli, il bagno in vasca idro si consiglia con acqua ferma che durerà non più di 10 minuti, seguito poi da un'attenta fase di riposo.
CONSIGLI
Per corretto utilizzo della Sauna Finlandese , si consiglia di eseguire una doccia calda di preparazione, di entrare a corpo asciutto, su telo "in dotazione" Per un corretto utilizzo del Bagno di Vapore, si consiglia di eseguire una doccia calda di preparazione, entrare a corpo bagnato. Per mantenere la giusta temperatura e umidità all'interno delle cabine, le porte devono rimanere ben chiuse. Nella Sauna Finlandese, nel Bagno di Vapore non si può accedere con le ciabatte. In tutte le cabine del Centro Benessere consigliamo; per la donna un costume modello possibilmente semplice, privo di applicazioni di qualsiasi materiale che non sia lycra o cotone, per l'uomo un costume modello slip.

Al fine di evitare spiacevoli contrattempi, vi chiediamo di rispettare gli orari di apertura del Centro Benessere , dei trattamenti estetici e massaggi, nonché i tempi consigliati all'interno delle cabine SPA. Il personale è a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento in merito. In caso di ritardo, il trattamento estetico o massaggio potrebbe risultare ridotto nella durata per non penalizzare l'Ospite successivo senza che venga riconosciuto alcun rimborso. L'accesso al Centro Benessere è consentito soltanto su prenotazione, per garantire una frequentazione di massimo 6 / 8 persone per ogni fascia oraria.
Vi preghiamo di volere osservare attentamente queste norme, per il vostro e per l'altrui agio. Chi trasgredisce tali norme potrà essere gentilmente allontanato dal Centro Benessere senza alcun diritto di rimborso.
Tranquillity
We kindly ask our clients to maintain a correct behavior in order to support our commitment to offer a deeply relaxing and peaceable atmosphere. For this reason we ask our guests to avoid the use of mobile phones and to not speack loudly.
Hygiene and safety
In order to guarantee the hygiene and safety of our clients we recommend the use of the bathrobe and flip flops that we offer at the entrance of our wellness center. Will not be possible to go into the spa wearing clothes or shoes. We recommend to walk slowly and carefully. Before entering the spa we recommend to take a warm shower. We also ask our clients to use the steps to enter the pool and to not dive into it. For hygienic reasons we ask our clients to not bring food or glass bottles inside the wellness center. In case of emergency we recommend to call immediately the staff of ishtar spa. The direction will not be responsible for any loss.
Children
We welcome children under the age of 14 in the pool area, only if attended by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the finnish sauna , turkish bath and hammam. Aesthetic treatments are allowed only for children over 16.
Pregnancy
During the pregnancy we recommend to use the hot areas of our wellness center only under medical certificate. Out of prevention we suggest to stay in the pool without hydro not more than 10 minutes and than relax in our comfort area. On the other hand, we suggest the specific massages of our expert masseurs in the beauty area.
Suggestions
For a correct use of the finnish sauna we suggest to take a warm shower and to dry completely the body before to go in. For a correct use of the turkish bath we suggest to take a warm shower and to enter without drying your body . Is not possible to enter inside the finnish sauna and the turkish bath with flip flops.
Times and appointments
In order to avoid unpleasant setbacks, we ask to respect the opening times of the wellness center, of the treatments and massages. The staff will be at disposal of guests for any question and clarification. In case of delay the aesthetic treatments or massage could be reduced in time without refund, to not penalize the next client. The admission at the wellness centre is on reservation in order to guarantee the access only to a maximum of 8 people at a time.
We ask our clients to respect these rules in order to guarantee a tranquil and safe atmosphere. Whoever will not respect these rules will be gently moved away from the wellness center without reimbursement.
